    WTF are you talking about? New York City (which spans several boroughs) is nowhere near ****cide central like Chicago or even Detroit. This isn't the 1980's NYC, a lot's changed since then.

        Can that original listing and the site it's on be legit? I looked at other listings at other sites and it seems false.

        This is an average home priced around 77,000 looking at realestate sites.

        It is a buyer's market in the Detroit area no doubt but if I could get houses there like the ones at the site in the opening post, I would buy a couple now.

                    I know quite a few Canadians who buy up these houses in detroit, but the more expensive ones.....like in the 25-35k range and then they have American based management firms collect the rent for them and lease it out as well.
