These are my facts, they facially do not support a finding of probable cause, therefore it would be unconstitutional to arrest GZ. They are FACTS, not skewed like yours and they include every relevant detail that supports suspicion of GZ as well as support his defense.

I do blame the media but tensions that were there in the first place was not induspute or at even discussed by anybody but me. I was the one who said the media was manufacturing racial tensions based upon our nations history. That is exactly what I'm saying. I did not state I support the decisions and actions of the media, I called them out in the facts for not blood testing GZ for alcohol or drugs.
