Believe me, anyone who thinks weight lifting actually benefits boxing is just drifting by on that foolish untested territory or looking ripped vs actually performing well. Weights never made a definitive mark on boxing, no boxing ever improved from a weight lifting routine, EVER.
This entire post is basically about calling out these clown trainers who promote weight lifting. How is weight lifting in any way shape or form beneficial to boxing? anyone who lifts telegraphs their punches for sure. you cant be loose and smooth.
