  • What's YOUR Breakfast?

    Just post up what you guys have for breakfast daily. And breakfast because that in my opinion, is the biggest and most important meal of the day.

    I have:

    4 Eggs in Olive Oil (about 2-3 tblspoons)
    3 packets oatmeal (110 grams)
    Coffee

    That's it for my breakfast. At the end, it comes close to 1000 calories

    Sometimes when I'm not lazy, I don't drink the coffee and make myself a fruit smoothie in the blender with a bunch of rasberries, apples, etc.

    EDIT-I'm actually wondering about the calories, so I'm gonna add them here.

    4 Eggs- 80x4=320
    3 spoons Olive Oil- 120x3=360
    3 packets oatmeal- 130x3=390

    320+360+390=1070

    Bowl of Kashi organic cereal with whole milk and an english muffin with strawberry fat-free jelly. Think it comes to around 45g carbs and about 420 calories for the morning. Not too impressive, but I'm all about energy in the morning.

      lately ive been eating these things called, Buckwheat pancakes. they are amazing tasting and reallllly good for you.

      i mix wiht egg white and milk.

      comes out to be like, 35g carbs, 20g protein. i take a protein bar in like hour in a half tho to get that extra protein.

      if i dont have this i have egg whites on wheat toast

                    i usually have a bowl of frosties when im hungry at night time.
                    Frosties rule lol
