Today I had a huge bowl of Pasta with meatballs, and a bagel packed with cream cheese.

Raisin bran and Slimfast at 5 AM, then a protein bar about 8 AM.

Two soft boiled (3min) eggs, "Weight Control" Instant Quaker Oatmeal (more protein, the least sugar) and a mug of Ginseng/Green Tea. Actually, I have the tea when I get up, then an energy drink while I'm working out, a bottle of Isopure, THEN breakfast. I work nights, so I workout in the mornings.

About Isopure...do you buy the already mxied one or you buy the powder and make it yourself. Because I bought the bottled pre mixed one and it's the best whey I've ever tasted. I'm wondering if powder mixing it yourself still tastes good.
