              I've only tried the Fruit Punch. I've been looking everywhere online for a sample pack or something and went to GNC if they had a sample pack but none have them.

              I have Nectar and this stuff is really good too.

                eating any breakfast is a real struggle for me. just dont feel like it.
                but atm

                6 weet bix with skim milke and 1 litre of water.

                but recently a mate of mine said that weet bix arent that good for you ... something to do wtih the g.i... releasing all the energy too quickly so if u dont use it asap it turns to fat? n e one know n e thing about that?

                  The G.I. scale is overrated. Don't forget if you take a fast digesting G.I. carb, it depends on what other kind of fat/protien you take because enzymes act differently and change the carb.

                  So basically, carbs are carbs, don't stress TOO much about it.

                    Generally I have a bowl of vanilla icecream with caramel, chocolate and gummy bear toppings. If I need an extra boost of energy I make it into a float with coke.
