Like $20-30 on amazon, super lightweight, and definitely feel a difference.
I train in a large boxing gym, a lot of which is concrete, only 1 large section has matts and there are a couple rings. Most of the time (other than sparring) I'm running around on concrete. I like to wear boxing shoes rather than cross trainers, so I wear the insoles to protect my feet while I train.
I'd rather not beat my feet to ****. With boxing gym, running and regular gym it helps to train smart.Comment

I defiantly can run more then 3 miles in 40 minutes, the problem is i'm flat footed medically (not in boxing terms) and it really hurts, after running for a while I really have to slow it down cause by this time my feet are killing me, my ankles are sore and my shins have sharp pain all over them, so to be able to run the full 6 miles without stopping at all I have to take it slow, I could run it in a lot faster time if I took brakes every mile or so which i usually do, just 30-40 seconds off my feet.
It is important to reach a level of athletic competence though. What do you currently bench press for example? And may I ask what weight you are (sorry if you have already previously posted it)?Comment

Twelve reps per exercise where the last couple of reps are very tough would be ideal. But I think cardio is your concern. The problem is without running, cycling or dare I say swimming stats is that it's hard to tell how physically fit you are right now.Comment

Yeah I don’t do low reps to often, just every once in a while to test strength, I can get these stats for you if you tell me how to test em, except swimming, I only learnt how to swim like 2 years ago and needless to say I’m terrible at it, but If you tell me how I can test the other two and post em here.Comment
