It does feel childish eating cereal, especially the ones that come with toys. Or the ones that come in those fruity rainbow colored boxes.

I still eat cereal, but I eat that nutritious high protein cereal that comes in a box that has only two colors on it. I do feel kind of old to be eating Fruity Pebbles.

And Trix are for kids. Like really.

Yeah, love me some cereal. Not just breakfast but even later in the day if I'm hungry for more than a snack but cba to cook/prepare real food.

Often have cereal and a protein shake post workout. Fast digesting carbs and minimal fat to replenish glycogen stores.

Plus cereal tastes better in the evening...

I've actually heard on TV recently that skipping breakfast can slow your metabolism and lead to heart problems later in life. I don't often have breakfast either though. I'm starting to lately, been opting for Corn Pops, Special K, Corn Flakes or grilled chicken lately.

I used to eat a healthy bowl of cereal before tournaments. I played volleyball and it was always my pre-event meal. It was important to load on carbs and meals like steak were too heavy and pasta weighed me down and left me feeling bloated.
I would eat non-heavy-sugar cereals like g**** nuts with some fruit like raisins added. I would follow it with a glass of orange or g****fruit juice and a lot of water to wash it down. I did it for years and I never felt weak or tired after.

2 eggs with a bit of bacon or sausage or neither every morning.

Some mornings I go with the breakfast sandwhich instead.

                  But thats pretty much it.
