Back then it was common knowledge that you could get fit and strong without any apparatus needed. It's a shame that seems to have been forgotten today.

True I got that mixed up with Sea Monkeys that powder you put in water and you watch a bunch of material form and swim around ina bacterial state that's more like it.( mojo)

Of the training regime...well it may come as a shock too you but most body builders of that era were on super steroids( NOT that guy in the image, not even novice body builders look that bad),not that he looks bad) ,much more dangerous than today and unsafe....training regimines haven't gone anywhere ,as a matter of fact athletes train harder today weather you want to believe it or not.

I gave you green K anyway for the memories as a comic book cvollector even though I think you are wrong 80% of the time.

Someone on their 3rd training session isn't a serious lifter. They're a novice who doesn't know anything. Are you on your third training session? Is that why you say such ridiculous things?

I'm not here to make friends, now you're just making up random things to distract from the fact you're small, weak, and have little knowledge about lifting. You even try to reuse my verbiage against me because it's better than yours. Try to be original at least if you're going to be incompetent.
Yes. That is exactly what I am saying. Muscle mass doesn't automatically make you stronger than someone with less mass.

These mental gymnastics aren't getting you anywhere.

Lol I knew you would say that. Can't you see how predictable you are? Anyone who takes their training seriously is a serious lifter. That is literally the definition of the term "serious lifter". I guess you don't understand basic semantics.

I don't know why you are here and frankly I don't give a **** lmfao!! You're full of contradictions. First you say I am distracting from the topic then turn around and call me "small, weak, and have little knowledge about lifting". I was clearly only responding to you calling me "small and weak".

Do you have any proof I am small and weak? Any whatsoever?

Your argument was a sinking ship, now its just a half buried collection of debris...

So according to you muscle mass doesnt make you stronger. And also according to you, powerlifters in heavier weight classes are stronger because they have wider frames that allow them to put on more muscle mass. Which is it?

Im just going to assume youre small and weak because youd provide proof to the contrary otherwise. Its a pretty safe assumption since you yourself said you weighed 125lb a year ago. Unless you got fat or pounded steroids and went all out with bodybuilding youre still under 145lb at 5'10". So still scrawny.

Wow you really are an idiot aren't you? I clearly stated that more muscle mass doesn't automatically make you stronger than someone with less muscle mass. You know I am 100% right but you still keep saying dumb ****.

Your argument is invalid at this point. Quit embarrassing yourself lmao.

When did I say I weighed 125 a year ago? (Srs question if I did plz quote it). You can put on over 20 lbs in a year and still be lean naturally. People have done it and it gets done all the time.

By your logic you're only 110 lbs at 6'2. Until you provide proof to the contrary you're just a scrawny little girl. Lol wimp...

If two people have the same level of training the onr with more muscle mass will be stronger. Do you agree with that?

Oh look a petty insult. Classic mojo.

What weight are you at then? Youve refused to answer that. Its a simple question.

If i post a picture of myself will you do the same? I have no issue providing proof. Its you who has made excuses after making bold claims.

What do you mean by same level of training?

I'm in the 140s. Just the weight I want to be at for boxing.

How will seeing a picture of you tell me you aren't 6'2 110 lbs?

At this point I'm just interested in seeing the nonsense that this guy keeps responding with.

We have more chance in Israel and ********* agreeing than you two.

Can you not just agree to disagree and put things to bed, so other threads and people wanting training help can discuss.

I'm not taking sides just bored of the two of you at loggerheads
