    A wider frame allows you to pack on more muscle than someone with a slimmer frame at your height. You probably already know this. Yes, frame means skeleton.

    I haven't been vague at all, everyone here understands what I'm saying but you.

    For all you know I was never 125 lbs. You are just picking and choosing where to "take my word for it". I never provided proof that I was 125 lbs.

    So you want me to stop my current strength training routine and do a 1 rep max? That's asinine to any serious lifter. You're clearly what we call an "ego lifter".

    There's so much you don't know about weight lifting man. Get educated.

            You're trolling is getting pathetic.

            Anyone who takes their training seriously is a serious lifter. Even a guy who is on their 3rd weight lifting session can be considered a serious lifter if they are serious about training to achieve a specific goal and not just "working out".

            Lol whatever man, call me what you want but at the end of the day your only friend is Juggynutz who is regarded as the forum troll on here and other forums. My self worth isn't tied into what a guy that has the IQ of a rock thinks about me or my strength levels.

                    That skinny '70s weakling that got sand kicked in his face didn't drink a super formula to get even.

                    He took the Charles Atlas correspondence course. Which consists of bodyweight exercises and no weights.

                    Back then it was common knowledge that you could get fit and strong without any apparatus needed. It's a shame that seems to have been forgotten today.
