Yet seeing a man half naked at 3 AM talking to the camera is something new for me, haha, no pun intended.
Also, i think you said your max is around 170, i assume its pounds.
How is your strenght routine at the moment?

You're saying that you have to build muscle before you can get stronger. How tf do you build significant muscle without resistance training?
Btw the squat only increased by 130 kg and the deadlift only increased by 145 kg. However the most important aspect, the total, only increased from 762.5 kg to 1125 kg even though he was over 2x as heavy as the 59 kg winner. It's about proportionality.
I never said not to use resistance training. Thats just a strawman argument because youre running out of bull**** to spew.
Strength doesnt scale linerally with muscle mass but it does still make a difference. You cant deny that. The deadlift 145kg. Really? Thats more than you can even deadlift. Thats a huge difference.

You are claiming that BEFORE you can get stronger you have to build muscle. To get stronger you have to use resistance training so by following your thought process you have to build muscle BEFORE resistance training.
I'm just following your argument. The fact that you call it strawman just disproves your own argument lol
I never said it does scale linearly. You just disproved yourself.
Powerlifting isn't bound by my strength limitations you understand that right? Btw I can deadlift 145 kg. That isn't a lot. If you had any kind of strength training experience you would know that.
Man you are riddled with logical fallacies. Please proofread your posts before posting.

That's not what I said at all. You're just using more strawman arguments. Do you even know what that means? Me calling you out on a strawman argument in no way makes my argument invalid. It means I'm calling you out on a logical fallacy.
You expected bigger increases in strength with increases in mass. I was pointing out it doesn't scale linerally. I didn't disprove myself by saying it doesn't scale linerally, it's just stating a fact.
Why don't you prove it? What are you one rep maxes? Put your money where your mouth is.
What logical fallacies? Name them and then you can say that. Trying to belittle me just makes you look childish. Stick to the discussion at hand, instead of trying to derail it with petty attacks.

My highest on rep max was at around 320 lbs conveniently enough. Put my money where my mouth is? Lol you're played out my dude.
I disproved your entire argument, please don't post anymore. You're uneducated, at least don't let everyone else know.

Your one rep max just happens to be 1lb heavier than 145kg? Really? Prove it otherwise youre just full of hot air. Anyone can claim that online if they dont have to prove it.
You didnt disprove anything. You just proved you make a lot of claims without any evidence. For all we know your still a tiny 125lb guy who is weak. Hell, my girlfriend might be able to bench press more than you.

I know you don't see skinny people winning powerlifting competitions. I never said you do. That's ****ing straw man if I've ever seen it.
How do you want me to prove it?
So wait a minute, according to you everything I have said is false EXCEPT being 125 lbs which conveniently would make me look bad and you much better. You're cherry picking what is true and false only to help your argument.

I never said you were 125lb. I just said that for all we know you still are. It's not cherry picking, it's just an example of how you can claim anything without providing proof. Show us you deadlifting 320lb if you want to claim you can do it.

What do you mean by wide frame? It's not a strawman. I don't even have an understanding of your claims because you're so vague and bad about describing them.
