My strength routine is not meant for me to get bigger. They are so that "after I am done diet", I can quickly get into the shape (75 push ups & so on) instead of starting muscles from the scratch. As for my diet routine, it has worked wonder. I lost about 50 pounds (82kg to 60kg). I just need to lose about 10 more pounds. Then I start more workouts while eating right.

There are better ways to diet like eating healthy & exercising a lot, but my way has provided results fast. The other ways haven't worked out for me, so I have no choice but to lose weight by eating less. I tried them (eating normal & exercising a lot either maintains weight or decreases only by like 100 grams for me when I tried this 15 years ago).

        1. I don't get the difference in terms of the body being straight. 2. You are skinny, but you got a huge protruding shoulder & arm. Very noticeable shoulder. 3. You bend the elbows more than 90 degrees. I was talking 2 different things: 1. bending the elbows more than 90 degrees & 2. body being straight.

        Thanks for the vid.

That's just my shoulder blade. Yes, I bend my arms more than 90 degrees because my range of motion allows it. I have been doing push ups for a while so my joints have become more flexible. In your 50 push ups video, your legs touch the floor about halfway through the push up, they should never touch the floor if you are straight. Think of it as a right triangle with your body as the hypotenuse.

Btw I weigh 126 lbs and that is my natural weight. You are only 8lbs heavier than me. I eat about 1500-2000 calories per day.

Once I drop to 55kg, I am going to start eating right & my weight measure is going to include the food being digested unlike now. That should come around 57kg or 126lbs. Also, once I start working out more after I start eating right, I am going to start putting on muscle weight like you, and I might go over featherweight which is the right weight for my bone structure. Also, I have a big head instead of long limbs. So, I am actually smaller than regular featherweight if I had a normal sized head.

That;s what I've been trying to tell you all along lol. Once you start eating right you will probably gain muscle but lose fat so it might equal out to be featherweight anyway. I don't put on weight easy so a couple of months ago I just decided to try and become the strongest version of 126 lbs that I can.

Sorry for all the **** talking earlier lol I was just pissed off.

I tried the "eating normal & exercising a lot to lose fat" 15 years ago. My weight either didn't change or reduced only 100 gram depending on the day. I was impatient at the time, then I just quit my diet. I don't want to try that again now. Just gonna cut my weight fast with starving, then going to start working out after. If I go over featherweight weight with the muscle weight, I am just going to restart the diet temporarily or something. Or I could probably lose that much weight through exercises (if about 100 grams) with fat.

Your logic doesn't make any sense.

Once you starve and lose all those weight, and go back on the diet, your body is gonna start storing it, since your metabolism can adapt.

Go on a healthy diet instead of starving yourself, or else you're gonna gain some of those back quickly with your "healthy" diet.

Like I said, go to your doctor and determine what your "healthy" weight and diet should be, not by some website or watching featherweight videos.

I ate "healthy" today and my weight went up to 61.6kg from 60kg. I have to eat little. Also, according to "Ideal Height to Weight" charts, for my height bone structure, featherweight is the right weight. This coincides with the list of world champions on Wikipedia & their heights on each weight division.

The body doesn't seem to be storing anything. I have been making results. Also, just need to lose 6 more kilograms.
