No. The average fat percentage for boxers is 6.9%. I am like 11%. I need to lose further weight. Until then, I am only keeping up with 50 push ups, 50 sit ups, 50 neck ups, 50 back ups, 15 minute jump rope. Once I reach 55kg, I am going to start eating right & start doing the minimum 10 rounds workouts the other guys told me to reach. I am somewhat skinny for a regular normal person. I am fat for a boxer (whether I am aiming for champion or just some mediocre average level).

If you are just going to disagree with what everybody says, quit making threads plz because it wastes our time as well as yours.

I don't disagree with everything clearly. I just match things up with references & facts as well as organizing the given information into "not true" or "I am not into that" (or etc) or "see that as the way" such as 75 push ups for 10 rounds.
Also, if the average is 6.9%, I want to reach at least the average physique. After all, some people are even below that fat level.Last edited by wilberbear; 09-09-2015, 06:08 PM.

It doesn't come down to height because many great boxers were short in their weight class. You have not provided us with the style you will us in boxing so I can't as accurate of a suggestion as you are looking for.

That's the latest weight. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xHV5m8fyRS8 Also, don't bother me about whether 6.9% is the average or not. Bother the reference if you don't want to believe it. They are the one who said it.

Please just go to Bodybuilding.com for a while and ask questions there and learn proper training and nutrition info.
Starving yourself isn't gonna make you tone.. You'll just see your bones stick out instead. A simply google image search of "11% Body fat" would show you how it looks with proper nutrition and exercise.
