I know that I am no capable of hardcore cardio nor muscle work while I am starving like right now. I am going to do those exercises after I am done diet. As for my fat, my fat percentage has decreased according to my weight scale. Also, I do look slimmer. Starving does work for diet although I am struggling with exercises. I know healthy eating with a massive exercise is healthier for losing weight, but I am just going with what has made results & what I can do. After all, I just need to lose 5 more kilograms. It is not far. I am so close.

There are side effects like no stamina from starving. Used to do 15 minute jump rope, but probably just going to skip any cardio at all now. Woke up this morning, but I am nowhere in the state to be doing not even 15 minute jump rope. Gonna see if I can do the basic minimum muscle works at 50's.

I am choosing to reduce my weight to featherweight because it seems to be the most optimal to my height (as in most people in my height seem to be in featherweight).

This article is a ridiculous, 6.9% is like professional body builder level. Which is incredbly low.

Well, send them an email then. Also, they probably measured the professional athletes then.

Im not gonna do that, but just to get an idea of how low 6.9 is, like 3% is the fat in your brain, ears, nose.

6.9 your veins would be bulging.

No, I know a celebrity who has a 3% body fat (he did a medical check up in public on a tv show including fat percentage check), and he looks normal. Just very skinny & boney. A lot of boxers not in heavyweight look skinny too.

Manny Pacquiao has 5% body fat. He looks skinny & boney like a lot of boxers, but that's about it. Also, that's how you look when you have 5% body fat apparently.

              3%? Ya I doubt that.

And manny when he weighs in is probably the most ripped fighter in boxing. To expect other fighters to get that shredded is not realistic is what I'm saying.

You doubting doesn't change the facts, really. http://forums.soompi.com/en/topic/33...D%A4/?page=569 Some guy named JJY is 3% body fat.

                http://celebrityfitness.menshealth.c...ynolds-workout
Ryan Reynold is also apparently 3% body fat.

What exactly are you trying to do here? Deny 3% people & 6.9% average? To what point? As if what? What they published & what I see (how I think) don't change.

the first link is just someone on a random forum saying that. He has zero credibility.

You are ****** as hell and are just starting threads to argue with everyone. The technique on your youtube videos is the worst I have ever seen. Your body fat is at least 20% you fat ****. Get off boxing forums because you are just another troll nobody needs. GO TO BODYBUILDING.COM!!!!!!!! Your questions have nothing to do with boxing, the people at bodybuilding forums could help you get a ripped physique WHICH IS THE PURPOSE OF THAT FORUM! This forums is about trading boxing training TECHNIQUES. People here could care less about physique.

Well, that is from a news. It was a published article on a published TV show.

                    http://www.soompi.com/2014/03/02/def...sults-on-1n2d/

"When youngest member Jung Joon... height and weight were examined, it was revealed that his body fat percentage was 3.1%".

                    https://twodaysonenight.wordpress.co...oung-2/page/3/

That's for the first person. As for Ryan Reynold, nothing to say.

As if I am supposed to say "you are right" when I clearly don't think so? Aside from whether you actually are right or not to be fair (well, actually, not fair to me as I showed references)?
