I have shown that there are 3% body fat people in the world, and if you don't want to boxer average bodyfat to be 6.9%, you should bother the references (send them an email) instead of bothering me (what could you possibly achieve? I am certainly not going to change what I think especially cause the facts don't change regardless of the amounts you put effort in).

If anything, the small bodyfat boxers seem to be in the lighter weight divisions instead of heavier weight divisions as well as being in the better doing boxers (which means, if you want to do good or average, it is a good idea to get their physique) than not so doing good boxers.

It has nothing to do with the statistics. Those fighters are at their natural weight or very close to it. You are not a natural featherweight or anywhere close to it as you said in another thread.

Nowhere on this forum did I dispute the bodyfat percentage of anyone in the world except you. I don't care about the legitimacy of the sources you provided because you said yourself that they are wrong and that we should send them an email.

I don't know where you learned to eat only .5 meals a day and think you will get a ripped physique. Quit passing bad information around because I have seen your youtube videos and it is all wrong technique. YOU CANT EVEN DO A PUSH UP CORRECTLY!

I am not at my natural weight but at an overweight weight. For my bone structure, featherweight is natural (also, I pick featherweight anyway & it's my call). Also, pick your focus. You talking about me being in featherweight or the average bodyfat being 6.9% or whether there are real people at 3%? They are all separate topics. I really fail to see what you aim & why you should.

As for my push up posture, I asked how to make it more "straight", but no one answered "specifically" but only broadly.

You were the one who brought up the 3 different topics first dumbass.

No, this thread was specifically on how the average boxer bodyfat is 6.9%. The other topics (whether I belong to featherweight or not & whether there are 3% bodyfat people or not) were added up as the conversations tracked off topic.

You brought them up so it's your fault that the thread deviated. I want you to know that you could seriously benefit from bodybuilding.com over this forum. EVERYTHING you have said as well as all of the threads you have started are not boxing related and are bodybuilding related.

I don't want to bother check reading this thread, but if I talked about them (I doubt I mentioned 3% bodyfat out of nowhere with no apparent connection to any of what I would usually say), probably was in relation to some talk going on at then. Like, I probably mentioned me being featherweight material in bone structure because of mentioning my interest in weight loss which coincided with how I brought this article for anyone else interested in weight (anyone other than me who is also interested in weight).

How are your threads related to boxing training?

                  Go to bodybuilding forums.

Well, they are "training & nutrition" related aside from boxing. +, there is a "touch of boxing in relation" (like, I wouldn't say 6.9% is the right weight in a bodybuilding forum as the article described boxers to be a little less bodyfat than other athletes) aside from how much related. But I did consider joining bodybuilding forum like I talked before.

Starving yourself is not nutrition, that is just ******ity.
You said you have been doing this strength routine for a year. It has obviously not worked.
I will upload a video later showing how to do proper push ups and dips.
                      Go to bodybuilding forums.
