400/500 lbs without straps ? Holy **** you guys have hands of god ! holding something 4xx lbs (2xx per hand) is must be ****ing hard.

I assume it's done with alternate grip. The torsion from the over/under hand helps a lot.
My 1RM is 415, but I've had to stop DL due to a back thing. I'm scared of even a 95lb deadlift right nowComment

I am a HW but I have a 260kg (573 pounds) deadlift at the mo, can probably hit more if i did less road running/biking etc

Same happened with my buddy, I don't even know what happened he just screwed his back up dead lifting. Had to go to the ER, he's ok now, but won't deadliftComment
