I think that looks really good, but is your goal to just get into shape or are you planning on competing?

You seem to do a lot of legs proportionally to everything else. It's also better to do compound excercises. Just stick with squats and deadlifts for legs, bench and incline or overhead press, pullups, and seated rows or bent over rows.

Whether it will hinder your muscular endurance depends on what kind of training you're doing. If you're going with a powerlifting routine where you do heavier weights and less reps it won't effect your musclular endurance much. If you go with a bodybuilding routine with high volume and lower weights it will.

So less weight more reps is better for speed?

I mean, Ill have better endurance and speed if i do less weight more reps vs. more weight less reps?

                No. Certainly not.

High reps with light weights will predominantly train muscular endurance (i.e slow twitch muscle fibres).
