I know this quesiton comes up alot but how should a boxer lift weights???
im 15 5'9" 168 pounds. i wanna fight at middle weight(160 limit) and i wanan get stronger. Lifting weights doesnt make you slower, but i jsut wanna know "HOW" to lift. Whats the correct way?
i hear that duing 60-80% of your max will do. And you should do them explosively.
anyone have anything diffeent to say??
i wanna get stronger, more muscle endurancem, but i dont want to gain wegiht, or get big.
