    BigDozer is absolutely right. Fat is very important in keeping healthy (in moderation and in the Unsaturated, Omega rich variety) but in no way will it build you muscle. Hard work with weights and calisthenics, a healthy balanced diet, and ample sleep (something many forget to mention) is what will help you grow some muscles. and if it doesn't, blame it on god, and the genetics he gave you.

      thats what a coach told me so i was going with it. dont want to couse harm to anybody, hopefully this guys info hadnt hurt no one. ill make sure to check my info before telling others

        I understand, when I was younger I heard all kinds of things that I know now aren't true. You think that coaches and trainers know it all but sometimes their information is faulty. You live and you learn, thats how I see it.
