It depends how much stuff you put in. I can fit in some kale leaves, a handful or two of baby spinach, a banana (sliced up), a handful or two of blueberries, a fist full of almonds plus some water for example and get a huge glass and a half out of it.

But if you are looking to put in more ingredients then that (or bulkier ingredients) they probably won't fit.

ok, I almost bought one, but I use my one smoothie of the day to make up protein on my recovery meal, since I am cutting weight classes right now. But, the shake mixer doesn't grind up things like veggies or nuts very well. Maybe have to stick light mixing, thanks for the heads up.

I have been making my own smoothies recently with usually banana, apples, kale , spinach , yogurt although i sometimes throw in carrots, orange and melon.

when compared to fruit smoothies i bought from the store, i noticed there is more fibre with the ones i made but i feel more bloated and with less energy BUT i still feel an energy boost.

Oh Jas, here is a prep photo from this morning of the smoothy recipe I listed, I pre-bag for matters of convenience so it's one less thing to worry about for the week.

i subscribe to this guy's youtube channel and in his latest video he says fruit juice is as bad as coca-cola because of the fructose:

sucks because fruit smoothies give me so much instantaneous energy

But Great video , i recommend anybody to watch it.

yes you do. bradley is a freak and a workhorse. the average jackass off the street wouldn't have an iceberg's chance in hell in slimming down to bradley's 147 phisqiue for a weigh in. he does it in months, too.

he's a freak, and he works as hard as any athlete on the planet. if you work more, you overtrain.

there's a legend that bradley ran 20+ miles in training camp once. he was just in the zone, and kept running. this was only a week out or so from a fight. he called his manager and got a ride home when he realized that he had almost run a marathon. when he tells the story, you believe him.

I think I remember hearing about that. Then, you consider where he trains, Palm Springs, which is freaking hot as hell, and you understand that working under the toughest conditions will make you that much better of a fighter or athlete. Bradley is great and should be appreciated more.
