If smoothies scare you off then just eat your fruit whole.

That Mike Dolce guy that helps mma'ers with their diet has a really good recipe for a breakfast bowl.

Oat bran, water, blueberries, strawberries, bananas, raisins, almond butter or peanut butter, ground flaxseeds, and cinnamon. Heat the oats in the water then mix everything up and enjoy.

Tastes amazing. Plus it fills you up and gives you energy to start the day off right.

I found a copy of Brandan Brazier's Thrive Fitness online. I've changed the format of the file to PDF. I've found Chapter 6 onwards on Fuel For Fitness and Performance Recipes to be really good.

        Isn't veganism promoting muscular atrophy?

but did y'all know that a woman who does vegan diet makes their pvssy smell awful? i don't know the scientific explanation but it does make a woman's pvssy smell. LOL! the best example would be the Indian people from India. they all do the vegan diet and they stink.

if i could stomach that crap, i'd try it. it's a constant battle for me to suppress the instincts of the little carnivore that lives inside my mouth.

i haven't been weighing myself, but i've leaned out a good deal in the last month eating super clean. no more steaks :/ , just boiled chicken and turkey bacon. oh, and i'm done drinking six beers during bruins games.

i'm heading to my parents house for fried fish [haddock] tonight. i'll probably go all out, and eat 3000 calories. i don't think that qualifies as vegan or healthy

I think you need quite a big incentive to go vegan. Particular at the beginning it can be quite difficult and pretty damn inconvenient. If you're not motivated by ethical considerations (which I'm not) or by health concerns then there's little leverage there to make what amounts to a pretty big change.

You'd also have to take into account your dedication to lifting weights, and how it would impact that. It can clearly be done but I should imagine it would be a more effort. As you know eating clean & lean takes discipline anyway and who wants to make achieving their goals any harder than they need to be?

For yourself, I'd take the nutritional elements of it that are going to improve your health and performance and discard the out and out veganism.

two handfuls of strawberries or raspberries. your teeth will blend those b#Tches right up.

some handfuls are bigger than others.

                      breakfast of champions.
