really? Anyone can become pretty big and muscular if they work out hard enough and know what they are doing in the weight room. Thing is skinny guys generally won't look like tyson bulked up because they have a smaller less stocky frame than tyson. Putting on mass is easy, you don't have to work out everyday to get big. As long as you are careful with you diet, and are effective in your workouts you'll be fine

Tyson did 25 hundred situps a day, it wouldn't suprise me if he missed the correlation between 25 hundred and two thousand five hundred when you spoke to him. He was even doing this number at the turn of the millenium, its the excuse he gave for 'breaking his back'......the infamous excuse he gave after fighting, I believe Francois Botha. He said '25 hundred' in the interview after the fight.
No one could have Tyson's abdominal muscles or ability to absorb body punches doing only 25 situps a day!!!

tyson wasnt and isnt the only ever kid to weight 190lb at 12 years old. many kids ive seen who are like that in a way
its just natural genetics.. not weight lifting

ANYONE can add mass. Genetics dictates the aesthetics of them and to a small extent, the rate at which its put on.
