Age has ZERO to do with anything. Vargas was shot by the time he was 30.

And it's spelled "or"... you aren't rowing a boat.

You row a boat with an oar, not an "ore" so you are both uneducated f,,ks lol.

and who's the fool who said you can have a body like Tyson through hard work? for most of us absolutely impossible due to GENETICS. Only with steroids and I doubt Tyson used steroids, he was genetically gifted.

Oh for ****s sake, anyone (bar paraplegics and other such extreme cases) can develop the (relative) size of people like Tyson, Ruddock, Ibeabuchi etc.

What the hell is up with this mentality on this forum that anyone over 150lbs is on roids and cant hae gotten there through, you know, going to a gym.

Genetics dictate the aesthetics and the ease at which you can develop, but ANYONE can put mass on.

Yes but it's pretty clear that a guy like Erik Morales or a Oscar De La Hoya will never look like a bodybuilder like Mosley or Tyson. Black people have more muscles than other ones. I have black friends who can't run 10 minutes but have muscles as if they workout everyday.

Yes anyone can put mass on with lots of dedication, hard work, good nutrition and consistency, but if you seriously think that some skinny guy can look like Mike Tyson by working out a few times a week then you are seriously deluded.

its not because they are black. the only reported difference between white and black people are that the black runs faster. (if they train of course, something with their a$$ muscles or something) other than that, hard training and genetics is what you need.

                  Finish with skipping drills

That was it, Monday to Friday.

That's exactly what Tyson told Henry Cooper for a BBC interview in April 1987.
Im glad somebody pointed this out..

for a very long time there was a training routine which had mike doing 2000 sit ups a day in 1987/88. That was complete BS because I had asked Mikes people a few years back if this was true and they said he only used to do about 25 a day.

You can put that mass on by working out a few times a week, but it takes years.

It depends what you mean; no they wont look like each other aesthetically cause they have different genetics, but Morales and especially DLH could break 200lbs if they lifted (with the correct nutrition, regimen etc, for a long period).
