Rockin1 was a professional boxer and he was conditioning alot for a pro and he spent 2.5yrs in the gym including everything, so dats around 100-120mins of solid training and some of you guys sayin you train for 3hrs, i smell bull****

Why do you smell bull****? perphaps some of them do train 3 hours a session. However i would think that the quality of their training might be lacking rather than quantity! Whereas someone else who trains at 2-2.5 hr sessions might get more out of their training.
                      hope that all made sense!
