Hell, I have pictures of late 2007 and I remember I used to weigh 145-148. These days I'm weighing between 158-162. I'm 5'11.

I exercise because I like it and it keeps me fit.

She needs exercise to...well, to develop some resistance/stamina. LOL
cong**** to the newly wed. bro, this is going to be the hardest year of your ****en life!

the strong survive and you'll more than likely be okay, you seem like the temperant not-so-quite-to-smack-a-chick type.

      yo man, you're skinny like a mf'er. i'm 5'10 188ish.

I often do a couple of miles in the morning with nothing but a quick protien shake in me, its the best way to burn fat

But now im training with a purpose i usually load up on carbs before a long run, ive heard and found that this is a good pre run meal if drank about 45mins before u head off - 1 Banana, 2 scoops of protein, 2 scoops of porridge oats, about 350ml of milk and a touch of honey all blended up! Delicious and Nutritious baby!

                  Carbs and supplements?

                  I wish I could, I don't know **** about that.

Although to be honest, I've been more watchful about what I eat these days.

Before I started running in early 2009, I would eat two peanut butter sandwiches with a tall glass of milk and go straight to bed at 12-1:00 am. When I was a child, it was worse. I ate nothing but Boyardee and frozen foods like Hot Pockets, popcorn chicken, pizza rolls, etc. Things are much, much different now.

I could definitely include more fruits and veggies in my diet, though.

One day you will with that sort of determination!

The trick with 10K is even pacing and also a flat route. Set yourself a pace per mile, like 7.5 min miles and keep track of it on an android app or Garmin forerunner. 7.5 min miles brings in a 10K of around 47 mins. That should be your next goal, then 7 min miles.

Your times will tumble, and your boxing stamina will improve too.......

I eat like a champ all day long, nothing bad passes my lips.

At Night However i eat nothing but junk, chocolates and the like. I like a smoke at night once the wee man has gone to bed and i get the munchies bad! Good eating during the day and hard training keep me in good nick thankfully though
