At my gym it goes like this.

      Shadow box x4
      Heavybag x6
      Double End x2
      Speed Bag x4
      Jump Rope x 4-6
      Situps 50
      Pushups 50

It makes much more sense to do it that way.

And since you're saying that you were tired.

Post a video of you going 110%.

Then all of us would try to actually critique you.
why would you hit the bag before jump roping?

my trainor doesnt tell me to do anything, alot of on here agree with me on this that hitting the bag comes last because its the easiest but hardest at the same time, you basically just let your hands go which it easy but it tires you out

Jump rope can be done at the beginning or the end of a workout, it's great either way.

It doesn't make sense to me to use the heavybag last, it's all about honing your technique. You used tiredness as an excuse for your sloppiness, well then how are you ever gonna get a good workout on the bag if you're always tired because you use it last?

I jump rope as my warm-up and it works great.
I've been to many gyms and not once have any of the trainers or training regimens emphasize on doing heavy-bag last. I normally do it at the middle of my workout so I have some energy.

            Warm-up/ jump rope x3
            stretch
            shadowbox x6
            50 push-ups, 75 squats, 100 sit-ups, 100 crunches
            double-end bag x2
            heavy-bag x4-6
            spead-bag x4
            mit-work
            sparring
            50 push-ups, 75 squats, 100 sit-ups, 100 crunches
            rest
            stretch

That's a normal day at the gym with normal. Not the most flashy and probably not the best way to arrange your schedule, but I feel fine for each of these without feeling fatigued from the one before. Every other day we have somewhat circuit training with a variety of drills.

              Why wouldn't I?

Jumping rope is used for either warming up or cooling down.

You're the clown, and an arrogant, sensitive little f.uck to boot.

If you had hit the bag for three rounds before this, why didn't you post one of those rounds up instead? Why should anyone care what you did before filming this? You asked what we think of this round on the bag, anything else is irrelevant.

Why did you even post your vids up? Every time somebody offers criticism all you do is make excuses. If you want advice on how to improve, ask your coach. If you want people to praise you and suck your d.ick, post something impressive.

None of this 'Go easy on me cos I was tired' or 'I could have done more than 12 push-ups but I do them in sets to get ripped' (sets of 12? lol). We can only judge on what we see, so if you can't take criticism, don't post your vids - it's that simple.

Sitting down on your punches means putting more meat into them onstead of delivering pitty pat punches

Once in a while during drills you can but it's better to concentrate on technique and movement, which you did.

If you watch videos of the pro's hit the heavy bag, very rarely do you see them **** on it, it's more of a cardio work out and technique than anything else.

Good work on the bag and keep it up.
                    You sure about that?

ok thanks. is it worth doing that much in amature boxing? or is it best to just keep going fast and racking up those points? can a few good hits help wear down your oponent?
