This is actually really really good compared to 99.9% of other videos posted on here!
Yes please next time post a video of you being fresh on the bag, with more power!
It would also be beneficial to practice parrying/slipping/blocking while hitting the bag, as if you're boxing a real opponent.
I grade you an A-!

op ive seen fighters like you before. you dont look great hitting the bag but are prolly much more effective in sparring. but seriously sit down on those shots son why the **** post a video if your just gonna do that. but like i said your not horrible just strength train more.

At my gym it goes like this.
Shadow box x4
Heavybag x6
Double End x2
Speed Bag x4
Jump Rope x 4-6
Situps 50
Pushups 50
It makes much more sense to do it that way.
And since you're saying that you were tired.
Post a video of you going 110%.
