It depends on where the fat is coming from.

Fat, be it good fats or bad fats, the body has more use for than sugar.

    So yeah, I say fat

EDIT: I just noticed you have fat listed as a Cheeseburger. While Cheeseburgers are greasy, they actually have some nutritional value (Beef) so yeah, definitely that.

candy isn't considered a meal so i guess one is left with a cheeseburger. cheeseburgers are not even as unhealthy as some believe them to be. if you make a 5oz burger with lean ground beef, that's all good protein. use whole grain buns, some low fat cheese, lettuce and other usual veggies associated with a burger, and other condiments, in addition, when cooking a burger, one does not even need to add oil to cook it especially on a grill for obvious reasons. yes there is going to be a little saturated fat but having a little bit of saturated fat is ok on top of the good mono and poly good fats. this can be considered a cheat meal but is by no means not an unhealthy choice for a meal as well. its only when you add super saturated fatty french fries to the mix and bacon and so forth.

You need to be more specific. First of all it depends on what 'type' of fat you are talking about, some types are worst than others and some can be beneficial. Second, what cases are you comparing them both to? Generally fat would be considered to be worst, but if you're talking in the perspective of building muscle then sugar would be the worst. Sugar blocks the generation of muscle, so in that case sugar would be worst.

in what way does sugar do anything to block muscular growth?

Fat is better for you. Saturated fat is needed to make testosterone.

If you're dieting or looking to build muscle without adding fat, then you are better off eating fat than sugar.

However...you're talking about having it as a cheat meal, in which case it doesn't matter that much. In fact if you're having a cheat meal then you'd do well to have sugar in there, and some fat as well. That's the point of it, it wouldn't be a cheat meal it was healthy and low-calorie.

fat of course is worse, way harder for your body to work off, takes way longer

but how do candy and cheeseburger even compete? candy aint a meal really. and cheese burgers you can avoid. but i guess its better since your body NEEDS fat and all that. sugar is sort of useless

Eat the sugar right before training and you'll burn it right off.

The good fats are some of the most important nutrition, but carbonhrydrates are your brains food.
