always the same by loosing weight - drink much water, eat the food many times at one day in lilttle quantums and run a lot. that's when you want to lose your weight helpy. over 20 pounds in one month is pretty much.

Get a copy of the book called 7lbs in 7 days by Jason Vale. Read that, it is the quickest way to lose weight without losing energy and compromising your training and performance.

20 pounds is alot man..The way I used to do 2 pounds a day was take it 1 weight class at a time going with the pro weights . If it's 20 pound of excess fat it shouldn't be that hard . I simply ate 1 big meal a day and a big coffee , caffeine burns calories I used a powerhouse cup and sweetners probably equiv to about 4 cups . Just a big meal till i'm full and have a big coffee then run and eat nothing else to the next day before my run . Drink all the water you need straight after your run and at night I was on a burn and suffering a bit .1 litre or 2 and make that your last till you weigh yourself the next day.I could do about 2 pounds a day.Once you do 7 pounds have a rest day but just stick with the same mealplan only give your legs a rest.I would gain a couple of pounds ths way but the next day it would just come straight off like 4 or even 5 pounds.Make 7 pounds a goal .1 came down from 180 plus to 154 . Cruiserweight to lightmiddleweight and now walk around 160 . After 3 weeks man you might have to dry out a bit .You can do up to about 6 pounds of waterweight in an hour session man but you don't want to do that then fight. 4 pounds is easy hydrated but half a pounds a nightmare dehydrated.

Cut all the bad fats out man they're harder to burn than carbs and protein and just get stored as fat .Sugar you could use a we bit pre workout if your going to train alot harder but sugar's harder to burn than fat .Get your fats from fish and that , tuna salmone eggs etc
