    im not talking about a liquid diet. im talking about instead of eating a snack or something late at night can i drink a natural smoothie. or if i dont feel like cooking and im hungry can i replace a meal. and naw ive been a past powerlifter and i train at multiple boxing gyms. i used to run last two yeas every other night i just put on alot of weigh when i stopped running and started eating alot of sweets again. and im 61 or 62 thats my height.

Start with alternating between walking and running if you can't hold a running pace (like 5 min jog 5 min walk repeat 3-4 times) and maybe swimming or stationary bike or whatever.       Do that for 6-8 weeks. Then start mixing in some sprint training, maybe weight training to build strength not mass.

      is chicken livers baker chicken wings and salmon baked something u recommend? and can i eat duck?
