i need to lose 80 pounds as fast and clean as possible. i need to cut out all sugar but how much water do i need to drink and what can i do im hurting man. im at 280 and i need to get down to cruiser immediately what can i eat and do man. ive ballooned man what kinda running and roping do i ned i need explosion and will drinking protien at night ince i cant eat after 10 help to curve my hunger and for a meal suppliement? everyones advice needed

There is no ****ing losing 80 pounds fast! Ricky Hatton loses maybeee 40 in 3 months, and 5-10 of that is probably starvation.
Anyway, when you're 80 pounds a way don't ****ing worry about how much drink or what to eat or sugar or whatever the ****. Cut your calories, run your ass off is step 1. Come back when you lost 10 pounds.

thats just ****** man.. 80 pounds!! dont be silly with this because you could do yourself damage.
Id suggest to start off---Cut out all the crap from your diet and do a lot of exercise(running, swimming if you can etc). You'll cut down pounds like that...then you can start going a bit crazy.
I would suggest dont do a lot of weights etc now. Lose some of that first

Start eating clean (no white bread, lean meats, lots of fruits and veggies, no deep fried stuff etc etc)
And start exercising 5-6 days a week. Start with alternating between walking and running if you can't hold a running pace (like 5 min jog 5 min walk repeat 3-4 times) and maybe swimming or stationary bike or whatever. Just at least 30 mins of cardio 5-6 times a week, and clean up the diet, and the weight will fall off and you get fitter.
Do that for 6-8 weeks. Then start mixing in some sprint training, maybe weight training to build strength not mass.
I think you could sustainably lose that weight in about 8-10 months
