im not talking about a liquid diet. im talking about instead of eating a snack or something late at night can i drink a natural smoothie. or if i dont feel like cooking and im hungry can i replace a meal. and naw ive been a past powerlifter and i train at multiple boxing gyms. i used to run last two yeas every other night i just put on alot of weigh when i stopped running and started eating alot of sweets again. and im 61 or 62 thats my height.

Start eating clean (no white bread, lean meats, lots of fruits and veggies, no deep fried stuff etc etc)
And start exercising 5-6 days a week. Start with alternating between walking and running if you can't hold a running pace (like 5 min jog 5 min walk repeat 3-4 times) and maybe swimming or stationary bike or whatever. Just at least 30 mins of cardio 5-6 times a week, and clean up the diet, and the weight will fall off and you get fitter.
Do that for 6-8 weeks. Then start mixing in some sprint training, maybe weight training to build strength not mass.
I think you could sustainably lose that weight in about 8-10 monthsComment
