I took borax for a bit a few years ago, but I’m not good at taking anything every day. I took it because it’s supposed to be a good anti fungal and I’m sensitive to yeast building up in my system. I’m thinking about getting back on it. I drink a lot of water. They say the best way is to infuse a large dose of water with borax and drink it throughout the day. I’m not advocating anything nor am I am doctor. For those who do or are interested in taking synthetic testosterone or “TRT” obviously talk to a doctor first. I’ll just say that there have been a lot more studies done now because of the focus on gender transitions ( funny how that works ) which is not unlike testosterone replacement therapy for older males. Studies show that you can take testosterone replacement with an insulin syringe even if it’s subcutaneous. Modern studies say it will absorb and some say even better. It was once widely said that it had to be purely intramuscular. Drug concentrations can be much higher than they were in the past so the volume can be less. Also “TRT” level doses is a more modern conception where in the past a lot of things were seen through the eyes of a pro bodybuilders dose. At that level a 3cc or even 5cc syringe intramuscular has it’s practicality. I don’t know what the maximum volume you can take subQ without irritation is but if I had to guess its kept below a cc and often much less. Most insulin syringes are cc at most and usually half a cc or a 1/3 cc. For a lot of people taking a 28g-31g and shorter needle is much more feasible and less daunting. Less dose taken more often also helps keep serum levels even. Once again im not advocating anything, or promoting. Im just saying that things that were once believed and have been held onto for decades as truth have been proven untrue with more studies. It’s really hard for some myths to die. Bodybuilders once thought that GH should be taken at bedtime. The modern ideology is that it should be taken first thing in the morning. Also some say that taking gh every three or four days mimics your natural pruduction more than dividing it into daily or eod doses. Once again I am claiming nothing or advocating anything. I’m just saying if you understand what I’m talking about there’s modern studies worth looking up. Talk to your doctor before taking anything, or training or eating or or or or etc.

can i just add to what i said that i watched a bbc doc about two years ago where they studied longevity and all the supplements and things people did and found no supplement made any difference but what did lead to older people living longer happier was to gain a little weight. gaining some weight (not too much ) was the one thing that made people live longer happier. so dont become a health freak if it means you suffer constant hunger or misery. but try to eat healthier diet like a pizza can be healthier if you use healthy toppings or a curry full of good veg.
fury shows you can have some belly fat and still have loads of energy some people are built bigger with genes like my half sisters they are big but fit and healthy. fury is able to box all these rounds with belly fat and i tell you if you have never boxed that even thirty seconds of throwing punches is soooo exhausting you are totally done after thirty seconds boxing is the absolute in fitness and fury is able to outlast them in the ring. so having a bigger body does not make you unfit. some people are just big because they have loads of muscle tissue not fat. but they can still be capable. i hope this helps readers. no point following a health regime if you are utterly miserable doing so. good luck!!!Last edited by max baer; 01-13-2023, 11:41 AM.
