But even without cookies on hand I’ll drink 2L of milk no problem. I don’t even tolerate it as well as I used to, just like most people. It’s a good source of protein and easy to get in you, so it can help a lot when you’re trying to gain. But there’s also more sugar than protein, so I can’t recommend it on any sort of cut. I don’t drink a lot of soda. Though Jay Cutler once said he drinks a can of soda after each workout to replenish glycogen. Sometimes you hear something like that and it’s all you need to hear to justify a can a day. I’ll do it on occasion in the summer. When we were younger we could drink a tall mocha frap with whipped cream and still get in shape. I don’t think I’ve ever cut out all sugars like you, but I think I should try it for a month or two at least. I ate 1500 calories a day ( plus one high calorie day a week to keep metabolism up ) for two months and I lost 15lbs and increased my bench press. I’m a bit over chicken and rice though. I’ll often do two protein shakes and one meal. I’ve always struggled with digestion issues. I could never force feed. My burping could fill a Zepplin.
What I try to drill into someone head is that every single human being has a unique set daily calorie limit, you go over that limit you got fatter, you go under that limit you got skinnier, you hit that limit on the dot you stay the same. Now whatever goal you have just hit that more times than not and you will accomplish your goal, You want to get skinny have more days than not where you ingest lower than your calorie limit allows, Of course this is vague simplified logic that I tell people who are just trying to lose weight, once you are in the mix and are trying to accomplish more advanced goals than just losing lbs, thats when you pay attention to the macros, trigger mps as often as you can, sleep right, etc.

For instance; Milk has about 150 calories for a glass and a can of soda has 150 calories so technically in the terms of how much weight will either add on to your weight the answer is the same. Just one has a better macro profile than the other.

Also some bodybuilders trying to gain, they would be surprised that they aren’t eating anywhere as much as they thought they were, especially if they were eating clean. There’s some good calorie calculators online. I feel bad for people because there’s so many shortcuts and magic bullets being sold. So many videos of this is the best way to train, this is the worst way, then they have to retell a different story next week cause they need content. Pictures in the digital age have become the least trustworthy thing ever, used to be worth a thousand words in the analog days. Real fitness and nutrition needs to be taught in schools among so many others. But like you said, if anything people need to know how to read labels and calculate coming calories. You need to string quality days together. Have a cheat meal not a cheat day. Did you see that ridiculous article with that ex White House chef? The guy with the 24inch arms? It’s a laugh.
so what these fitness channels want someone to do is, 1) admit to using illegal substance, 2) jeopardize their jobs/careers, 3) open themselves up to police investigations, 4) and to mention it every time they speak. 5) expose to their kids family that they do drugs
Its beyond dumb sense of entitlement to demand anyone shares this info with you.
Another thing alot of these "fitness" youtubers are just nerds who never got any play or action until they got ripped hell one is even called "more plates more dates" lmfao and they decided to take drugs to get sized up so now they have a misconstrued jaded viewpoint about the entire fitness industry that think anyone who looks decent is on something which is false. I know people who are sized up and are 100% natural but I guarantee you if they had a youtube channel alot of these natty or not people will call them fake natty. It really is just a inferiority complex disguised as "calling out the bullsh.it"
The fundamentals people need to learn and you can build a solid foundation off of it. I train people who looks solid af and its just eating right, sleeping right, right workout, right supplements, hell think about this most men EQ (erection quality) is nowhere as max'd out as it can be because they are deficient in vitamin E, Zinc, Magnesium, vitamin D and K2 and good fats* and in that sense fixing your deficiencies will boost your testosterone levels to your natural peak, so say you sitting at 500 ng/dl and that's with being deficient so by fixing your deficiency you can raise your level... by how much well that depends on how much you were deficient etc and how much your natural peak levels actually really are,.
Think about this alot of men are on TRT (usually they are old or abused their body with steroids (general word) and now they need it) so they are on TRT and get their levels up to 700/800 and now they can pack on size they never could before cause that's not their natural testosterone peak levels so they are packing on size outside their natural range but there are human beings walking around with 1000+ ng/dl testosterone levels and are natural and now picture this he starts lifting weights etc and packs on size more than the guy on TRT the guy on TRT is not gonna believe it and will start to call him a fake natty. Even though the natural testosterone levels for being normal ranges from like 200-1200 this is why I think alot of these guys are clowns who try to call people out just because they can't believe it, and they demand a blood test, and all this lol its a circus of entitlement and insecurity with these natty or not individuals.
*Only certain formulation of these supplement works for instance take zinc oxide and it will be like a laxitive effect and your body wont even aborbe it so you wont even be changing your zinc levels in your body, take zinc byglycinate and no laxative effect and your body absorbs it easily and you fix your zinc levels, however if you take zinc you also need to make sure you dont deplenish your copper levels cause zinc can do that.... its a rabbit hole but theirs so much optimization one can do to ones self to be peak form now add that with great genetics and you can have people walking around within reason looking yoke and be all natty too.Last edited by TheBoxGod; 04-24-2021, 10:09 PM.

For instance chef rush is in the Military and does alot of high profiles events where I am sure they will frown upon doing illegal drugs etc which most "stacks" are in the United States so him admitting that he is not natty will just be a dumb move and possibly open the door to his secruity clearance being revoked and job termination which is how he makes his living; Now enter the fitness youtube community who think we trump all that and we are entitled to know anyways. I think its just a toxic view point to have and throwing dirt on peoples name just for the sake of views is dumb and I can see people getting hurt over it cause you messing with people livihood.

I have no problem with people keeping their drug use private and there are some freaks that are just so naturally gifted that I’m sure they never needed it. I knew a 6’5 giant long haired mill worker who was stronger than anyone in the gym. He said he’s never even seen a steroid. He was just a giant man who trained hard. There’s 8 billion people on the planet after all. I don’t think “what you’re on?” should be something you even ask. But it’s also a different time now, everyone also wants to know what your political affiliations are who you voted for. You can get in trouble just not having a comment on something. Staying out of something, or silence can get you skewered. If Chef Rush does a lot of things to help others then that’s more a measure of a man. He’s a great chef and that’s something I can admire right there. He loves lifting and he’s good at it, gear or not just like Mike O’Hearn. Mike is very positive but that doesn’t mean he’s everyone’s favourite to listen to. I was more concerned with the 10k calories a day and something like 3-4hrs sleep. 2222lb push-ups every day in one continuous session? I mean maybe he’s had a day like this but I just find it hard to believe it’s his standard routine. I don’t think the meals he stated added up to 10k calories. He got chewed up in the comments but he also stooped down and said some really heinous things too. I don’t give a lick about who is natty or not, or what people are taking. There’s fake weights on YouTube. There’s filtered edited pictures. Guys/Gals look great on Instagram but then under same conditions and lights at a show look sooo different. I don’t follow Instagram or am
even on fb. I still follow some of the pro bodybuilding channels on YouTube. I also watch the CrossFit games each year even though it’s way beyond me. I admire the competition of it and almost sadism. I respect all the things that people do that I couldn’t imagine doing. I just hate the smoke and mirrors fitness trend. Don’t do this! Big red arrow. Do this big red arrow. I eat brownies all day and dance the calories off. Anywho I love how international bodybuilding is and power lifting. I enjoy all the guys/gals that do it on camera at legit meets and completions. I just saw Li Wenwen break her own records. Same with John Haack. I love how happy they all get, course there’s disappointment too. I hope Julius Maddox gets the 800lb raw bench soon. He’s a classy guy.

2222 push-ups is alot but not out of this world, plus like everyone says "he doesn't even go all the way up they not real push-ups" lol, so what is it? He doesn't do it or he doesn't do real ones? lol GGG says he does 3000 sit-ups a day, and he has people who can vouch for it (conflict of interest of course but...) so I just think people let their own inferiority complex get the best of them in these instances, just because something doesn't make sense to you or you don't think its possible doesn't mean it's not what is actually happening. Mind you alot of this hate comes from a man (greg doucette) who says the reason he didn't take a drug test in some competition in Canada is because Canada had a peter grazing nut on the loose pretending to be the drug official just to take a glance at your penls. Literally what this clown said in a video to excuse his past skipped drug test when he claims he was natty. The entire industry online is toxic in person their soem solid ass people its why you will never see these natty or not /drama stirrying "youtubers" in real life at any of these functions etc because they all full of sh.t for views.
John Hack is legit strongest p4p there is, shout out to the entire strength cartel squad all them dudes are p4p stronger than you would expect. Julius Maddox they sabotage him with that mismatch weight, but he will get that 800lb.. Insane numbers these guys are getting up. Yes the CrossFit games are extremely entertain and amazing to watch even though I think CrossFit as a excerise program is horrible.

These YouTubers and fitness people Instead of being responsible and getting the whole story these weirdos go into attack mode just because of its views for them and they don't care about possibly destroying this man career or all the hatred you will send his way through your followers, all they care about is getting the views.

Diet is #1, burning calories through physical activity is #2, sweating off water weight doesn't make the list, imo.

That’s no knock, it’s all part of it, a talent in of itself. I’d love to see one of these crazy strong guys get dissected or like through a machine. I’d just love to know all the details. Kind of like how we all want to know what makes a chimpanzee so strong. An Elephants trunk was the strongest thing I’ve ever seen in person. Yeah that miss load on maddox’s lift was brutal. Even just the mental damage of it will be a lot. Cant wait to see him get the 800. No injuries. You every look up that huge preacher Henderson I think? He had a huge bench. Drug tested. So yeah they are out there. He had pillows for pecs.
Dissect lol you crazy, I think honestly it's just the right accessory work and a better mind muscle connection beside the genetic aspect. It just imo that haack can engage the right muscle at the right time in teh right sequence in the chain alot better than most can. Its kinda like when you bench and try to leg drive it's hard to learn and perfect but when you get into your groove that leg drive throws your bench press up by 50lbs or so easy. This reminds me a video I have seen of Mike O;Hearn benching 4 plates and needs no lift off he just unracks it himself now that impressive as fuc.k but reason he can do that is because he has been doing these weird ass exercises that mimic unracking since he was a teen so he is just stronger in a different way/different range than others that allow him to do something that others cant and its nothing more than the right accessory work.
I have never seen that preacher guy or at least I don't think so.
