      that doesn't even add up.

      Im tryin to gain weight with combo of eating and weight lifting mines like this. Probably carbs too high.
      Fat 22%
      Protein 17%
      Carb 60%

      I use calorie count to keep track btw.
      Someone of your guys diets look like 1000 calories and with all the training and conditioning idk how your not just bones.

        you need alot more protein lol if your trying to gain weight, eat equal or more to your body weight in grams.

          oats eggs sausage or turkey bacon
          then nuts n a bit of fruit
          sandwich or salad
          banana
          training
          chicken with rice or pasta, or steak... green veggies
