      Just eat smart, run a **** load, train a **** load, but dont fast its just really really ******, your putting your health in danger, change your life style! dont live under the assumption that there are easy or fast ways of loosing weight because there arent!!!...and fasting is definatly not the answer!!!!

        Quite simple, u need to do roadwork and sit-ups/push-ups/shadowbox(if u dont have a gym). I mean serious roadwork, 45minute minimum, every 2 day.

        You do that, you will soon find yourself being a skinny bastard.

                      Fasting is a scam, the religious psychos pretend that its cool so they feel better for starving themselves, theres nothing good about starving yourself and is bad for the body. Clensing your body is another diffirence where you just drink liquid/soup for a couple days to get rid of everything.

                      Any weight you lose from starving will be muscle mass and water weight and once you begin eating you will gain more than you lost.

                      The best way to lose weight is to eat 5-6 small meals a day to get your metabolism up. Also try doing a few exercizes along with the 5-6 small meals it will make a huge diffirence.

                      All these low-carb/XXX is just scams that have been proven as gimmicks, someone could lose weight eating big macs all year long because they exercize and their metabolism is good.

                      So
                      1) Eat 5-6 small healthy meals a day
                      2) Do 15-30 minutes of light work outs (if u fat)
                      3) ?
                      4) Profit!
