    What I'm going to try is 1-2 set meals a day and nothing else. I did the soup diet, gave me the ****s.

      Low carb/high protein diets kill your kidneys, eating **** all puts your body in starvation mode causing your body to **** up. Best way, eat smaller meals more frequently and exercise. Who'd want to put themselves through a ****ing fast for a week.

        I agree with you Salty, but everyone likes to disagree with people around here. I'm trying to be 'nice for once' lol... see how long that lasts.

            The majority of the weight loss is temporary at best, your colon will refill again along with the water weight you would lose. Plus to get any decent results you will need to exercise to get your metabolism up and working (after a few days of course). To me it sounds like bad news, but what ever mate, I think a better substitute would be a week on a thyroid stimulant. I've seen people shed kilo's in a week without changing there diet, but it's up to you. Just make sure you stay safe.

              The longest I did it for was 2 days once when I was in high school. I wasn't fat, I just wanted to test my will power. The first 12 hours is the worst. After that, you don't really crave food.

                eating only 1-2 meals a day or not eating at all is a great way to lose muscle weight. keep it up if thats your goal...

                  I do 24 hours no food no water every year for Yom Kippur. Respect to Moslems who do it the whole month of Ramadan.
