I made top amateurs around here stop comin around the gym to spar me, I'm responsible for my gym basically leaving because I was there, except the coach. I am the reason a 2005 southern association heavyweight champion basically quit boxing. Maybe he thought because he always got his ass kicked sparring a whiteguy who never had a fight that he'd never make it, and that's what made him quit. Oh well, that's behind me. But the fact still stands...If I never had a fight, and am sending guys home who have had over 40 total and only lost 7 of those, it means something to me...it means that if I take it seriously I could clean out this punk ass amateur louisiana division, except for that one guy at the top Quantis Graves, he's a bad mother****er. The sugar in fruit is natural fructose and good for you unlike white sugar. Don't confuse the two! Natural foods are always better. I start day with Tropicana and some fruit. Tangerines are not oranges but from the orange citrus family. I also enjoy clementines and satsumas. Graze on fruit like these through day and you will see the fat blowtorch off your body. Load up on them in morning. A majority fruit diet has many other benefits. Become a green machine and have 70%fruit, veg and salad and 30% quality natural source protein such as fish. This is the recipe for success. The Gracies forged a career on it, and five time World Cup winners Brazil followed a similar diet back in days before their players went to big European clubs to be corrupted with white pasta eating obese dieticians.
