Although I started late at the age of 27, my coach has told me as long as I apply myself properly I could still go professional. His words were that I have devastating power and I’m light on my feet for 250 pounds. I just want to push myself as far as I can go in the sport and eventually get into coaching.

True, but I wouldn't turn pro if I didn't think I was good enough. I wouldn't wanna be some journeyman to be beat upon by the latest up and coming star. If I get to a point where I know it won't be possible to go professional I'd go and get my ABA coaching badge.

                you seen skelton fight?

i'm not saying i could KO hi in one round now but i do believe if i was to turn pro (which is becoming more and more tempting) in 2-3 years i would be capable of beating him especcially seeing as he will be over 40 by that time

This is shallow, but I want a boxing trophy on my wall.

I've been boxing for just over 18 months; I've had 2 local smokers and my 3rd is coming up in 2 weeks. I hope to have my first amateur fight in spring of next year. Before I'm 40 (I'm 37 today ) I want to fight at Ringside and / or at a Golden Gloves.

I also want to compete in the World Chess Boxing Championships if they ever open it up to Master Division Fighters.

I wanna get a few amatuer fights under my belt and then I honestly want to learn how to train other fighters. I have no plans to go pro but I really enjoy the sport and thats how I would like to give back to it.

As far as I know, age 34 is the age limit under AIBA rules. Are Ringside and Golden Gloves outside of AIBA rules?
