i heard if you put honey in your protein shake it helps you digest the protein better. is this true?

Mine is chocolate flavored and the flavor of the protein has nothing it will digest, if you are having that hard of a time buy another thing of protein...
However you could just put it in your mouth and swallow it with water to do it at once and finish off a bottle of water instead of mixing it if it is that hard for you......
You could also mix it with crystal light, that would be your best bet if you cant handle it though...SWeriously give crystal light a try with it mixed.

You mix it with water and comes in a variety of flavors and has no extra additives like sugar, very healthy alternative to water....
I like to workout in the morning due to the fact if you workout before you eat it burns like 3x's as much fat especially good on cardio days.
But exercising anytime is ok, get yourself on a set schedule though.
Exercising anytime is better than no time.
