      Jinx, what exactly is creatine and is it so much different than protein powder? I've heard that people get better results with creatine... It makes me think that protein powder is useless...

        Creatine is just a supplement that puts water into your muscles...

        If you think protein is useless smack yourself in your head right now....Protein is the core building block for building muscle. YOU NEED PROTEIN,dont question it.

          So I could still accomplish good lookin' muscle with only using protein powder? without creatine? I have been told that alot of athletes use creatine...

              dyl-G-Not a problem...

              Spired-Yes protein is the building block for muscle, one thing you have to realize is that muscle isnt made overnight nor is it weeks or months it can be years....

              When I use to lift and go to the gym everyday, I use to tell people who are their for a quick fix.

              Fitness isnt a thing you can pick up and do, it is a lifestyle....That is cold truth right their...


              With enough amount of protein and a clean diet and exercise you will be on the road to your dream body.

                    Is it cool, when I take protein twice a day 30 gramms. After school I drink it, then I would chill for an hour then go lift weights and drink protein after that again. And when I have boxing training then I take protein after school and then chill for about 3 hours and then go training and take protein after training?
