I skip for 15min then stretch and sidestep around the ring for another 15min before hitting a bag or sparring.

I tend to shadow box or hit the bag for a few rounds.

Easy easy way to figure this out. You are a boxer correct? are you going to be jumping up and down? no. Are you going to be doing pushups or dancing? no. What are you going to be doing?
              Shadow box idiot.

First of all dont flex your muscles on me pal. I dont know who you are, nor do i care of your credentials if you are going to be an arrogant twit. If you are going to call me an idiot after a valid question please do not respond to anymore of my posts. Now that you started; I asked the question because I dont think shadowboxing warms my elbows up properly.

I just came across this in a newsletter from http://www.pponline.co.uk/

"Dynamic Mobility exercises to boost competitive performance
What you do just before your workout begins has a big impact on what you are able to do during your workout. Many athletes prepare for a training session by carrying out routine stretching exercises, but it’s important to remember that stretching helps to improve your static (non-moving) flexibility and may not do such a good job at preparing your body to move quickly and efficiently.

That’s why I recommend that you focus on ‘Dynamic Mobility’ exercises before every workout.

                    Dynamic Mobility exercises
Dynamic Mobility training is for injury prevention and performance improvement. Mobility exercises during your pre-workout warm-up period prepare your body for the vigorous movements that make up the main part of your workout. Most sports involve forceful, strenuous activity, and mobility exercises and drills stimulate your nervous system, muscles, tendons and joints in a very dynamic manner. "
