    stretch, skip 1-2rds, medicine ball, push-ups sit-ups and finally speed bad and im warm

      when i spar i just strech then 1 minute of skippin' rope

        The most important thing you can do before anything is to stretch, and even stretch out your lower body. This more than anything else will help you get loose and prevent injury.

        After that it’s all preference, but I always though shadowboxing was a good way to start.

        Something I always thought was a little different was to do your run at the end of your workout as it really helped to build up your stamina. But again, as long as you are stretched its all preference.

          u run after ur done workin out? wouldnt that be counterproductive cuz ur so tired from ur workout u wont have intensity to get a good roadwork session in?

            You definitely would not get a great run in, but it really builds up your stamina.

              Don't stretch before a workout unless it is Dynamic.

                how come? i always stretch like 10 minutes before a workout then do some light calithenics to warm up
