Best Way To Warm Up?

hey peeps what does everyone think is the best warmup before hitting the mitts or sparring in order to prevent injuries to shoulders elbows etc...
bring on ideas...

First I stetch then I do a small Jog around the gym then the Jump rope then a few push ups, and a few sit ups

stretch... then shadowbox and footwork drills are how i always start. then skip.

not a wise idea to stretch before doing anything that is physically active and requires quick movement.
if you don't believe me, look it up.
strecth if you want to, but don't say you weren't warned if you injure yourself.

I do push ups, dips, pull ups then rope.
or I might run for 10 minutes but I like running the treadmill after the practice.

i jus jump rope for like 10 minutes and do a quick round of shadowboxing. no need to overdo it especially if ur sparring.
