      Your midsection is outstanding, but what I don't understand, is that I would think i would do around the same ab work per day as you....

      But my abs are a lot different.... why can't mine be like yours? maybe its because of my size, I don't know....

              The way he's ripped is as much genetics as it is training. In all likelyhood you won't get the same look from the same training. And remember, ripped abs is 90% diet, 10% training (if you leave the gentic part out of it, that is).

                  What he SAID... PRally helps That I'm a VEG/MEAT fREAK also... The everyday milkshaes prally don't help at all though

                      Yea i wuz waitin for a keyboard "expert" to chime in with the genetics thing and no **** already new that coach...but I still would like to know the training routine.
