    Lil bit of training from this morning... Added the mayweather Oscar fight since its on Youtube.. promote it a lil I guess... /Anyway just a lil basic training... wit that new song from the mayweather interview part on 24/7

    My conditioning and Sculpting.

      Nice job, looks like you've been workin' hard. Keep it up Catastrophe

      EDIT: Do you do like weighted sit-ups or anything? After nearly getting my diaphragm ripped out the other night, I'm on a mission to add more size on my abs. I'm not really lookin' for tone, I do enough situps for that, but more size, to stand up to punches more. I fight smaller guys who love to go to town on my midsection. Any advice?

            lol.. My Mid section routine is almost as intense as the jab should be in any fight. People don't realize you can train your midsection all the time.

            Just keep hitting the sit-ups... and I use the medicine ball wheneva I can... Thats a big thing. I also like the upside down sit-ups alot...then theres the roller.. and then doing pull-ups a certain way will also help the stomach.. Man theres so much to do and since i hurt my ribs i'm gonna do even more for my midsection..

            It should be at the top of the list of importance right after the jab and stamina/endurance.
