Yea, Animal. You seem like a real cool guy. Not only do you hit yourself in the face in front of your teammates, bloodying your own nose. No, for now, you admit to actually participating in a dogfight, on the ground, cuz you didn't wanna back down from the dog...?
you are one crazy sumbitch lol

Well I am a fan of animals and I hate ***s that abuse animals etc so I wasnt going to just flat out kick it in the head.... actually my plan was to grab it and take it back to its cage. I ended up sidestepping it to the right and grabbing the top of its back and and it immediatly turned and bit my left forearm and wouldnt let go, thats when we started rumblin.

i wont go into detail, coz its a boxing forum, but to the approach of the target, you couldnt generate enough force to throw a decent kick, i think a thai thigh-kick would be the only effective option - besides that, im not putting my damn leg anywhere near a dogs mouth - and how the **** could i run if my chicken punch failed? (ala RJJ v. Glen Kelly ) I suppose a knee would ok if you time it well... but back to the running - maybe you tie some raw meat to your arse & unlock some cages - genuine "suicides"!

Running and getting in your road work has nothing to do with running backing down from someone in the ring or where ever it may be that you face an opponent. Roadword is for building up stamina, cardio, conditioning, you can shed some pounds in the process of getting into shape. Roadword is good not only for the actual fight but for those long hard hours at the gym, the more in shape you are the more your gonna be able to learn new combos and tequnic. You can't learn much if your gassing out.

At least thats the way I look at it, I wouldn't think of it as backing down or running away from anyone or anything, if anything look at like the more in shape and condition your in the more punches you can unleash on the other your opponent.
