BTW DMC - ive never been in a fight in my life (im a bouncer too). I train 2x p/day 6 days (Boxing, Muay Thai, Freestyle Wrestling, BJJ & traditional JJ + the conditioning...) - remember its a sport, not an uncontrolled pub brawl. Get in there & spar, give it time to get used to it. I only compete because i train too hard, too often not to & its a good test, gives you a chance to put your skills & hardwork to the test, as well as something to train for. The real fight is in the training - running when everyone else is asleep, the diets, the sparring, the lack of understanding & frustration at just about everyone whose never boxed in their life (but they always got something to say)...

That is not so. Your body needs rest. Roy took one day off a week when training for Ruiz, for example.

I should run more but I try to get 3-4 days in there... and thats not including the sprints or suicides my trainer makes me do.
**** you, it might seem lame but Im ****in serious dog. You dont know me. Ive been in tons of fights, fought dogs that attacked me, been jumped, been shot at numerous times, snatched up people pullin knives on me, did loss provention (catchin shoplifters) and security (in section 8 housing). Ive been through it all. I dont back down from ****. I LOVE FIGHTING, everything about it.

Some examples, I used to work at a dog pound and one of the many times I had to squabb it out with a dog was this time this big ass rottweiler that had bitten somebody was and there and it had knocked its cage open, turned a corner and was running right at me. Anybody else would have took off running, I stood there and tried to grab it and it bit me, so I overpowered it threw it down on its side and got on top, it kicked me off and tried to bite my neck, I leaned out the way and pushed it back down and hit it like six times breakin its tooth. TRUE STORY, I got the scars to prove it.

Like Mike Tyson said " I aint afraid of nobody, in the ring or outta ring, they got a gun or a knife."

I used that as an example, peoples natural instinct in that situation is to run. You know damn well you would do the same if that bigass rott you were looking at earlier that was brought in because it attacked somebody was now loose and running directly at you. There was a door right around the corner I could have ran out the room and closed the door. I didnt run.

if i was going to go toe-to-toe with a dog id only want to be a trained boxer. Only boxers would have the timing & precision to wait 'til the bastard jumped, change the angle & smash it in the ribs. Buggered if i'd try to choke it or kick it.

If I wanted to take out a dog, I'd try to kick it, rather than get on the ground. I'm not that good at kicking, but I used to squat and deadlift alot, I bet I could take out a dog with a good kick.

Yea, Animal. You seem like a real cool guy. Not only do you hit yourself in the face in front of your teammates, bloodying your own nose. No, for now, you admit to actually participating in a dogfight, on the ground, cuz you didn't wanna back down from the dog...?
you are one crazy sumbitch lol
