our coach makes us run 10 laps around a track behind our club...so thas 2 1/2 miles a day for 5 days

maybe once a week
hitting th ebags 15 rounds 5 days a week
and rope jumping for 6 with no rest in between
is enough cardio
i run when im bored at home on my tredmil in my room
but running gets boring
ima start running more to drop off some extra weight

I hate running, Mentally I have problems with it because I run from nothing!! WHen I run I try to visualize chasing someone down or finishing somebody as opposed to running from something because in reality I would stop and fight it.

I run for about 30 minutes, 3 times a week. This is for my long distance and fat burning. About 1/6th of the running for this is done at a higher pace than the rest, to mix up the speed.
Then, on 3 alternate days of the week, I do either stair-runnings or 30 second sprints, 4 times.
Normally, the time I run is 6 or 7 pm.

twice a day....at least 4 days a week. in the early morning hours...I do this cuz its something I been doing for years since high school before I even thought about boxing...its like a warmup routine, and at night after my workout...this is where I usually run the fastest.

I should run more but I try to get 3-4 days in there... and thats not including the sprints or suicides my trainer makes me do.
