My chest workout consists of 3 sets of flat barbell bench, 3 sets of incline dumbells and 2 sets of incline flies
I go for:
4 incline dumbbell presses
4 flat '' '' ''
These two, I always do
After I usually do 4 sets of decline flatbar and 4 sets of flys
or flys and then cables.
i was up to 100 pound dumbells but i had a pec tear and it set me back. It was kind of a freak thing but im getting back up there. I can do reps with 60's again, after the injury i was at 25 and then 30 for a while. My power is starting to come back this week i want to do 10-12 reps with 70's.
i work out with 225 occassionally,
sets of 8-10 reps on incline, decline, and flat, not much for my weight, which is 260, but I'm not overdoing it..i do it like twice a month just to maintain strength. and at the end of the 10th rep i feel like i can squeeze out a few more, but I just put it up after 8-10
